Shipping Information

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be dispatched. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is any delay.

Free delivery on all orders

Orders sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery – 2-3 working days (after dispatch).


If you wish, we also offer Royal Mail, 1st Class 24H tracked delivery at £5.5 on all orders.  


Please note that for international orders, because of customs controlled by government authorities in your home country, it is difficult to estimate delivery times. Most international orders arrive within 7-10 working days but occasionally take longer. Your order may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other changes as a result of local legislation or customs once it reaches its destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We’re afraid we have no control over and cannot take responsibility for local customs charges. If you choose not to pay these fees and do not pick up your package, we're not able to refund your shipping costs. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.



Returns & Exchanges


The order was not received or received damaged

If for some reason you didn't receive your order, or when you unwrapped it, it was damaged please get in touch letting us know what has gone wrong. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we will do everything in our power to fix it for you. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or the original payment method.

If your parcel has gone missing, please contact us immediately and we will contact our shipping company to attempt to track down the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection. For international orders, please wait 28 days from ordering before assuming the item is lost.


I’d like to return my order

Bunch Skincare can offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the products purchased, provided they are in their original & re-saleable condition, with no broken seals. Once we receive the items and their condition is checked, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery fees). Bunch Skincare is not liable for the cost of returning any goods. Before you do return products, please contact us, so we know to expect it and let us know the reason why you’d like to return the product. Please bear in mind that the products you have purchased are handmade in small batches and 100% natural. This means they occasionally have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour, consistency or scent).

Incorrect shipping address

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we should be able to change the delivery address for you. If you’ve used an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address.
